I am willing to speak in Polish or English only.By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to my Terms of Service (ToS).

General Terms

When placing a commission, provide the following details in your message:

- Type of commission:
- Your PayPal Email for the Invoice:
- SFW Character Reference Sheet:
- Design Remarks:
- Preferred Pose or Expression (if any):

Only send a few images or a refsheet of your character that shows the most important details and general design, the images HAVE to be SFW(No sexual imagery/acts, genitals,overall unneeded nudity)

Payment Methods

I accept payments only via Paypal through Invoices

Full payment is required within 24 hours after agreement, unless otherwise stated.Refunds are made only by the artist, not by the client's request.I do not accept payment plans, haggling, or character/art payments.And I am not accepting cryptocurrency or NFT payments or usage.I do not give my permission for any of my artwork or commissions to be used for AI

Privacy

Unless specified, commissions may be shared by me on social media.

Clients must inform if they want their commission to remain private, with no additional cost.I, as the artist reserve the right to decline commissions, without a clear explanation why, or if the subject is unpleasant to work on.

Turnaround time

Completion time varies (up to few months). If any delays occur, client will be informed of them.

Process

Client is advised to provide pose references or ideas, keywords, or key elements.I send WIP stages for client feedback.Client must give a clear response on whether WIP stages need revisions before I proceed.One major edit (during sketching) and three minor edits (during linework/colors) are allowed. Whole drawing changes are limited to the sketch phase.Excessive edits may incur additional costs.^Any mistakes in the design by me will be fixed at no extra charge.Most anatomical/proportional corrections are welcome, but no art-style changes. I draw in my style, not others'. I only draw anatomically correct bodies.
I don't draw hyper/fetishized body types.

If a client doesn't respond within a month, their commission will be canceled with no refund, and the artwork will remain unfinished.

Additional Notes

I value correct anatomy and lighting. Character's colors may vary slightly due to lighting differences in painted artwork. (Not including flat colored artwork)

I do accept commissions of characters with just a few drawings as references but not entirely traditional art.(Unless digital colors are provided) I expect patience from the client if there may be mistakes in design to change.

After completion, minimal art modifications are only allowed with my permission, and in most cases made by me by client's request.

I do not mind casual conversations but keep it focused and professional.

Client's Rights

  • Personal Use is allowed only with proper credit to the artist. (TWT,INST @GoreNova, FA @CrossVertum)

  • Personal Items such as badges,shirts,etc. : Allowed, but you may only profit from it if you've bought the artworks commercial rights.

  • NFTs, AI or Crypto usage of any kind featuring my artwork isn't allowed.

  • Usage of my artwork in terms of commercial use is to be discussed before-hand

Art Preferences

What i draw, don't draw or am unsure on working on

  • ✔ Furries, Gore, Simple & Complex designs ($), Couple art, Fanart, Suggestive art, Animals, Partial artistic nudity.

  • ✖ Sexual Art, Full nudity, Real people, Elderly Characters, Vehicles, Fetish art, Complex cities/buildings(in terms of backgrounds)

  • ASK Unusual Fursona Species, Detailed monsters/creatures, Detailed Backgrounds ($), Weapons ($), Kemonomimi, Humans, Humanoids, Ferals.

Misc.

  • Additional Costs: Marked with ($) symbol. They are individually priced depending on the complexity or whole idea of any add-ons

  • Specific Requests: If you'd like something not listed here or in the pricelist, let me know!

  • Deadlines: Can be discussed via direct messages.
